The harbour of Souda is located on the North-West side of the island of Crete.
It consists of the commercial port and the Naval Base. It lies in a distance of 7km from the centre of the town and has an adequate road network linking it with: The town of Chania. The airport "Giannis Daskalogiannis". The new National Road (N.R. 90) – North Road Axis of Crete.
Its location is extremely advantageous as the Port is situated in the centre of the south-eastern Mediterranean, thus in the junction of three continents.
